Ghosts in the cemetary

I visited the Central cemetary where some of classical music's heavyweights are immortalized: Bethoven, Brahms, Schubert and of course Mozart. How is it possible that such a barrage of talent could all have been borne of similar eras? Might've been something in the water cooler? Also, apparently it was all the rage back in the days of the Habsburgs to request that ur vital organs be removed prior to burial. Consequently, Chopin's heart is buried in Poland while the rest of his body lies in perpetual rest in Paris' famous Pere Lachaise cemetary. Similarly, we might accuse our Viennese musician friends of being gutless! At least organ-free! What was that all about? Maybe part of some religious ritual? Only the shadow knows...
