The Rathaus (city hall) doesn't look at all like the kind of place where litteral rats would hang. As for rats of political stripes, now that's a different story. And what of the parliament building? Speccccctacular! Not sure what to make of the garage type building precariously perched on top of the parliament. They figured they needed a garage to park the car but couldn't get city approval?
